MJS Records announces the signing of “Sleep When I’m Dead” by 2KMF (West Coast FM Radio Mixshow Pioneer DJ TL SPANX and international gaming music producer Blind).
2KMF has been pioneering and perfecting their unique sound for several years now and Sleep When I’m Dead is the quintessential release showcasing the sound of 2 masters, Blind and DJ TL SPANX, at the top of their game. Our logo is inspired by the design of influential record labels in founder Golden Boy Mike's past, such as the first house music label in Chicago, DJ International, and the label that first featured the turntable on it's jackets, Def Jam. The logo is hand-drawn, not a picture, which makes it even more remarkable. The lightning bolts are from Golden Boy Mike's first hand-drawn logo in the mid 1980's when he was aspiring to be a DJ. Now almost 30 years later it has come full circle with the launch of MJS Records.

2 unrelated individuals named 2KMF have escaped from the United States Music Industry Asylum. Rumor has it, that... they have teamed up at an unknown location, are currently producing BANGER Music, DJ Mixes, and creating a "KRAZY" performance intro (No pun intended). The identities behind this Creative Producer / DJ Duo are west coast fm radio pioneer and legend DJ TL SPANX and international gaming music producer Blind. Fittingly, they are based in Las Vegas, the entertainment capital of the world.
2KMF is a polished Costumed DJ and High Energy Performance Duo with years of experience under their belts. Their brand represents everything that is Krazy, A Little Dark, Chaotic, and Fun! From their costume of straight jackets and glowing L.E.D. masks, to their EDM sound and the theatrical introduction of their performance, their "Committed" fans will see their performance as an experience that is more than just listening to music.
Their original production, "Make It Drop", charted at #9 on the Big Room Chart and #97 Worldwide on the prestigious Spinnin Records Talent Pool after only 6 days! It is now signed to MJS Records and the Official Music Video shoot saw them almost getting arrested 2 times. Their follow up, "Short Circuit", hit #11 on the Big Room Chart, and their 3rd release, "G-Down", hit #14 on the House Chart. These charting successes led to an offer to remix "Summer Rain" by the UK's GM Music & Denizen featuring Cat Chapman. Thier next release, "That's Right", saw them developing their trademark G-House sound that was well received on the international stage. Their "Orchid" release saw massive charting success with the Original Mix hitting #23 on the Masspoolmp3.com Electro House Chart & #4 on the MJS Records Beatport Top 10 and the Radio Edit hitting #22 on the Masspoolmp3.com Electro House Chart. Next came "Super Hand Clap" with even more charting success with the Original Mix hitting #2 on the MJS Records Beatport Top 10 Chart, #5 on the Masspoolmp3.com Trance/Tech/Tech House Breakout Chart, and #49 on the Masspoolmp3.com Trance/Tech Chart. The Radio Edit reached #6 on the MJS Records Beatport Top 10 Chart and #39 on the Masspoolmp3.com Trance/Tech Chart.
